We’ve updated how you sign in — you no longer use a “Forgot Password (Magic)” link.
Instead, you can securely access your account with an authentication code sent to your email. Once inside, you can set a new password if you want to.

Steps to Sign In and Update Your Password
On the Log In screen, enter your email and click Send me a one-time code. Check your email inbox for the code (look in your Spam or Junk folder if needed). Enter the code on the login page to access your account. After logging in, follow the prompts to create a new password. This ensures you don’t need to request codes every time .
Tips:
Make sure you’re using the same email linked to your Lumosity account. If the code email doesn’t arrive, try resending it or add @lumoslabs.com to your safe senders list. Still having trouble? Contact Lumosity Support for help.
✅ Summary: Use the one-time code option to log in, then set a new password when prompted. This replaces the old “Forgot Password” process. If you're not prompted to do so, you can always head over to ⚙️ Settings -> Reset Password
