A one-time code is a temporary numerical password sent to email or phone, used during sign-in. This code is unique for each login attempt and expires after a short time, making unauthorized access difficult.
If You Use One Device (like a laptop):
- Go to the Lumosity website in one browser tab and click on Send me a one-time code
2. Enter your registered email in the provided spaced and click on Send code.
3. Open your email in a second tab (don’t close Lumosity). Find the email with the sign-in code (search “Lumosity code” if you don’t see it).
4. Go back to the original tab with Lumosity open and enter the code.
5. Click Submit and you should be signed-in right away
‼️ You cannot complete this process in a single tab—you must use two tabs or devices.
If You Use Two Devices (like a computer and a phone):
This method is often easier and less confusing because you can keep Lumosity open on your computer/tablet, while checking your email for the code on your phone.

On your computer/tablet:
- Go to app.lumosity.com -> click Send me a one-time code
- Enter your registered email ID in the provided space and click “Send code.”

On your phone(or other device used to check email):
- Open your email inbox -> Search "Lumosity code"
- Open the email and enter remember the code/write down the code

Back on your computer/tablet:
- Enter the code into the provided space, then click “Submit.”
Troubleshooting
- The code might land in folders like Promotions or Spam (see the image you shared).
- Be patient: the email can take a few seconds to arrive.
- Never click “Send code” repeatedly—just wait.
