There are a bunch of easy ways to log in to Lumosity. Whether you're into one-time codes, sticking with good old email, or breezing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple — we’ve made sure signing in is simple and stress-free.
Here’s a breakdown of each sign-in method and how it works->
Login with Email (Password Required)
Prefer the classic way? Enter your email and password to login right away.
- Tip: If you do not remember your password & are not able to find the email with the sign-in code please reach out to our Support team for assistance.
One-Time Code (No Password Needed)
If you’ve entered your email on the login page, you’ll see an option to “Send me one-time code.” This is a secure, password-free way to sign in.
How it works:
- We’ll email you a 6-digit authentication code.
- Enter that code on the next screen to access your account.
- The code expires shortly after it’s sent, so use it promptly.
Note:
- You must have access to the inbox of the email you signed up with in order to receive the email.
- Your mail settings/filters may prevent the email showing up in your primary inbox; might end up in Spam/Others.
Other Methods
Sign in with Google
If you signed up using your Google account, just click the Google icon and follow the prompts to log in.
Note:
- Your Lumosity account must be linked to a Google account.
- If you get an error, try using the “Email” option with your Gmail address instead and enter your password.
Sign in with Facebook
You can log in using Facebook if your Lumosity account is connected to it.
Note:
- If you’ve changed your email on Facebook, this might affect your login.
- If you get stuck, try logging in with your original Lumosity email.
Sign in with Apple
This option is for users who chose “Sign in with Apple” during signup.
Heads-up:
- If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, your Lumosity account may be tied to a private relay address (like
random@privaterelay.appleid.com). - Be sure to log in using Apple, not your regular email.
