Resetting your Lumosity password is simple and secure! Just follow the steps below:
On Web
- Go to your Settings on the Lumosity website.
- Scroll to Security > Password and click on Reset.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Reset My Password - and you're good to go! ✅
⚠️ If you’ve been logged in for a while (30+ minutes), we might ask you to enter a code sent to your email to keep your account secure.

On App:
- Tap the Gear icon ⚙️ from either the Stats or Insights tab.
- Under Security > Password, tap Update.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and tap Reset My Password - and you're all done! ✅
