Having trouble signing in? Don’t worry — we’ll walk you through the most common issues so you can get back to training in no time.
Forgot Your Password
If you can’t remember your password:
Check your email address first: Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. Search your inbox for “Lumosity” — if you find our emails, that’s the right address.
Request a login code: On the login screen, click on Send me a one-time code

On the next screen enter your email ID associated with Lumosity and click Send Code
Enter your email ID (1) and then hit Send code (2)

Enter the code: On the next screen, type the code we send to your email inbox
💡 If you are checking your email inbox on the same device remember you need to open a separate tab. If you exit the tab where you are required to enter the code, then you have to start over from scratch.
..and you should be logged-in now!
Reset your password for security: Once logged in, we recommend updating your password in order to use email ID & password for the future.
Didn’t Receive Your Login Code?
If the code hasn’t arrived in your inbox:
Wait a couple of minutes — in rare instances delivery can be delayed.

Check your Spam, Promotions, or Other folders.
Tap “Resend Code” on the login screen.
Double-check your email address — it must be the one linked to your Lumosity account.
If you still don’t get the code:
Try disabling VPNs or security apps — they can block/disrupt the email from arriving to your inbox.
Switch to another WiFi or mobile network — sometimes IP addresses can be blocked.
Other Situations
Logged into the wrong account? Log out by clicking your profile icon → Logout → log back in with your credentials.
Signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple?
If you originally created your Lumosity account using Google / Facebook / Apple, be sure to use the same social account while attempting to login.
