How do I delete my account?

⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently erase your Training Progress, LPI & History, Game Scores & History. Additionally all of your data will be lost and will not be recoverable. Your email address will also be removed from our email list. 

💡 You can accomplish the following actions without deleting your account: 

• Unsubscribe from emails
• Make sure you will not be charged
• Request a refund

Deleting your Free account (No active subscription) 

• Select ⚙️ to head over to your Account Settings.
• Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
• Select the Delete My Account button.
• Confirm and acknowledge account deletion on the following screen.

Deleting your Premium account (Active subscription) 

If you would like to delete your premium account while a subscription is still active, please contact our support team via email with your request. We will ensure that your subscription is cancelled first before deleting the account, so that no additional charges occur.
