⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently erase your Training Progress, LPI & History, Game Scores & History. Additionally all of your data will be lost and will not be recoverable. Your email address will also be removed from our email list.
💡 You can accomplish the following actions without deleting your account:
Deleting your Free account (No active subscription)
- Select ⚙️ to head over to your Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Delete My Account button.
- Confirm and acknowledge account deletion on the following screen.
Deleting your Premium account (Active subscription)
- Select ⚙️ to head over to your Account Settings.
- Follow the steps under My Subscription to ensure your plan is selected to "Do not auto-renew/Cancel Subscription"
- Select ⚙️ to head over to your Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm and acknowledge account deletion on the following screen.
