These are types of Lumosity emails that you may receive and choose to unsubscribe from:
- Science Newsletters (includes Lumosity news, sales, and contests)
- New Game Announcements
- Training Reminders
- Special Offers
To unsubscribe from these emails, follow the steps below:
- Login to your Lumosity account and head over to the Notification Preferences.
- Select the checkboxes for emails you no longer wish to receive.
- Select Save. It may take up to 48 hours for our system to reflect your changes
- Select Unsubscribe from all emails at the bottom of the page if you do not wish to hear from us entirely.
Some essential notifications about your account shall still be delivered via email. These are only triggered by actions on your part, so you will not receive these unless you take specific actions on your account. These emails include:
- Receipts and purchase confirmations
- Password reset instructions
- Customer support responses
- Other account-specific notifications
